System Requirements

Check out the HandiFox Online system requirements to make sure the software/hardware you are purchasing or have on hand is compatible with the system.

Accounting Software:

• QuickBooks Online Plus, Advanced (ALL WORLD)
  

Hardware:

• Handheld device:
  Android devices with operating system Android 5.0 or higher. Device should have at least 512 Mb of free memory space. Optional: camera with autofocus feature to scan barcodes. HandiFox team recommend the following Android devices which has been tested with the software:
  

  - Samsung series: A, J, Galaxy S with android 5.0 or later;
  - Samsung tablet: A series with android 5.0 or later;
  - MC40 and TC56 Android ruggedized devices with built in laser scanners;
  - Intermec CN51.

  iPhones and iPads with iOS 13.0 or later.
   
• Barcode Scanner for Android devices:
  

  Android devices with a built-in scanner:

  - Zebra TC21, TC26, TC5x series, TC7x series
  - Unitech PA726, PA730 / PA730V, EA 602
  - Sunmi Android L2

  Bluetooth barcode scanners:

• Barcode Scanner for iOS devices:
  

  There is always an option of camera-based scanning, although it’s less performant than external scanning devices.
  HandiFox Online works with MFI-certified barcode scanners. Most models start at as little as $250. However, some scanners don’t connect to the app as seamlessly as others. Please, reach out to us before making the purchase.

Letter size printing in a vehicle can be accomplished using office WiFi printers supporting the HP PCL format. These are available from HP and Brother. An AC power supply and a wireless router are required in the vehicle.
